The location made it easy to explore the city, yet the place still felt peaceful and refined. Our room was stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, spotless and so comfortable, with thoughtful, high-end details throughout. The team really made the stay special. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and seemed to care. Brigitte deserves a special mention. She was an absolute angel and went out of her way to help us again and again. Georgiana was lovely too and a joy to deal with. One of the best accommodation experiences we've had. We highly recommend LOVIS Suites Vienna, would happily stay again, and will tell everyone about it.

The apartment was elegant and incredibly convenient, and the location seemed too good to be true. We're so glad we found this place. Brigitte, the manager, was a superstar and gave us wonderful support, including helping arrange delivery of something we'd left in the apartment. We're truly grateful.

Birgitte pointed us toward some breakfast and dinner spots, since food wasn’t being served at the time of our visit. We stayed two nights at Lovis Suites Vienna and found the code-only setup very smooth, with no keys to keep track of. Early check-in was possible, and both arrival and departure were quick. It’s right in the Old Town, with sights and lots of restaurants easy to reach on foot. WhatsApp communication was excellent. I’d happily recommend it for a future trip to Vienna.

Brigitte, the Guest Relations Manager, made a real difference during our stay. She was warm and professional, seemed to anticipate what we needed, and took care of every detail so we felt at home. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully put together, with a calm, elegant feel throughout. The Lovis also gave us a rare mix of privacy and luxury right in the city. It was quiet but central, making Vienna’s landmarks and streets easy to get to. We left feeling refreshed and pampered, and are already thinking about coming back. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for privacy, comfort, and attentive service.

The suite was spotless, modern, and really comfortable, with nice attention to the small details. Staff were friendly and made things easy, from arrival to sharing local tips. And the location is hard to beat, just steps from Stephansdom and the main sights. I loved staying at LOVIS Suites Vienna and would definitely come back.
