The parking charges are the biggest problem. It's 39€ a day or 148€ a week, but the meter resets every time you leave. Go out after two days and return later, and you'll pay 78€; if you leave each day for a week, the total could reach 273€. Electric car chargers are available at 11kW, but they charge 1€/kWh. Arriving by car, watch out for the cost. The rooms are clean but need more storage, or at least somewhere to put luggage. The bathroom is okay, though the shower is tiny if you're a bit bigger. There's no proper physical lock on the door, so anyone with the right code can enter. You get that code by email, and you won't see staff during the stay. The air conditioning sits right above the bed and blows cold air onto your head while you sleep. In summer, going without it probably isn't much of an option. An average place to stay in Vienna.

The rooms are new and fine, and much bigger than Lyf in Singapore. The mattress is firm and really comfortable, and the game room is nice. But the hotel feels cold indoors and out, and the heating depends on the central public system, so it may not suit you in a season when that system is off. The gym is there, but the equipment doesn't work properly for lifting weights. WiFi keeps breaking up, so work calls aren't really possible. The location is just bad. Staff are friendly and try to help, but the overall management is poor.

The studios are set in a building behind the main reception, so even though the hotel is on a main road, it stays calm and cosy. It's a modern, new studio hotel. My stay was okay, but a few things weren't right, including the coffee machine and the tidiness. Hopefully the service will settle in as the hotel is new. There's no hotel parking, though you can use the private garage next door or find street parking with the apps.

The location made getting around so easy, with the train and bus stop right outside. Our family of four had enough room, and the kids slept comfortably on the sofa bed we asked for. The bathroom was spotless and modern. I also loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby, available all day, and the kids' room was a big plus. Of everywhere we stayed on our Europe trip, this was one of the best. Clean, comfortable, and great for families. Highly recommended.
