Vienna Marriott Hotel

The staff were amazing, especially Samira, who checked us in and made us feel so welcome. We loved the lounge food, with something different each day and choices to suit everyone. The Vienna Marriott was one of the best hotels we've stayed at. We'll be back!

The breakfast restaurant really stood out for us. The staff were friendly, capable, and attentive from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed the MClub, with its nice snacks and drinks and a gorgeous city view. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and up to date, and housekeeping did a great job. We booked two rooms for our family; one was upgraded to a lovely view, and the hotel honored our requested bed setups. The Vienna Marriott exceeded our expectations for service, quality, and location. It’s a great base if you’re exploring Vienna for the first time.

We came as a family and left feeling that the Vienna Marriott Hotel gets the classic hotel experience right. The concierges were especially good, and the service throughout was warm, polished, and helpful. The M Club Lounge was peaceful and well stocked, with a terrace that made us want to linger. The location is hard to beat: right across from Stadtpark and an easy walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral and many of Vienna’s main sights. Even the less enthusiastic walkers in our family were happy to explore on foot. Breakfast deserves a mention of its own. There were live omelette stations, plenty of hot food, fresh juices, and prosecco. The rooms were spacious and clean, and many looked recently renovated. The beds were so comfortable they nearly distracted us from the city outside. It’s an elegant, luxurious place that still feels relaxed and welcoming for families.

Most of the sights are about a 10-20 minute walk away, and there’s also a tram stop right outside. The hotel itself is spacious and peaceful, with lots to offer, and the staff are friendly and quick to help. I’d gladly recommend staying here.
