It was a quiet, comfortable hotel, and the staff were helpful and knew Vienna well. They sincerely helped us plan our itinerary, which we appreciated. The tram stop is right outside and the market is across the street. If you don't want to take the tram, one of the central metro stations is a 10-15 minute walk, crossing the Danube Canal. It was wonderful. Thanks for everything.

The rooms were spacious enough and gave you more privacy, and the service was first class. Coming from the UK for a great holiday, I enjoyed every part of my experience here. St Stephen's Cathedral, Hofburg, Amusement Park, and State opera house are all within walking distance. Thanks to the team for making both my stay and holiday so enjoyable.

I'd happily stay here again. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom seemed as good as new, and the fridge was a great size. The microwave was handy too. It's a hotel and hostel, and I liked that laundry was available in the building, with washing and drying costing 12 euro. I didn't eat breakfast, though the dining space was big and plenty of people had chosen to. There's a supermarket nearby, along with tram and bus stops, and good places to eat on the street. I stayed in room 319.

The warm atmosphere made this cozy hotel even nicer. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you! 💛
