We'd definitely come back and recommend this place to people visiting Vienna. It was close to the city centre, and the beds were comfortable without getting too hot, thanks to the fan. A new receptionist was amazing and gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to swim in the Danube. We loved our stay!

The location was the best part, right in the center of Vienna and close to everything. It's a five-minute walk to the tram and ten minutes to the metro. Breakfast in the morning costs 17€ and is really good, definitely worth it. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. There's also a gym and musical rooms. I recommend the place.

Our room was much too hot at night, unfortunately. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were fresh and clean.

The staff were very joyful. Still, room service could have been better, and there was no air conditioning. Parking was a long way off. Breakfast would also be easier to choose from if there were a menu that clearly listed the food options.

The building was beautiful, the breakfast outstanding, and the staff very courteous. Our apartment was clean, well organized, and spacious enough for five people. There was no air conditioning, but that's not unusual in most places in Europe apart from big hotels.
