We’d paid for three nights but missed one. Without telling us, the owner cancelled our booking for the remaining two days. We should get the money back for those days, since they charged us but had no rooms available.

A lovely privatzimmer in a quiet part of Vienna, near the centre. The rooms were cozy and clean, and breakfast was nice. Thank you.

The rooms were nice, and the welcome was friendly. Having private parking and an easy connection to downtown made the stay convenient.
