Radisson Blu Style Hotel, Vienna

This is our fourth visit, and the hotel is still comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Nedelyko at the front desk made a real difference: he helped us from the moment we arrived, patiently answered all our questions, and greeted us with a smile each time. The whole team was great, and the service is a big reason we’ve had such a good stay. Thanks to Nedelyko and everyone there.

We felt right in the middle of Vienna, with Café Central just steps away and Stephansplatz an easy walk. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, a pleasure to return to after exploring the city. The staff were warm and professional throughout, and Ibrahim deserves a special mention. He made sure we were looked after, always with a genuine smile and impeccable service. We felt like VIPs because of him. Ibrahim is a real credit to his profession and a tremendous asset to the hotel. Thanks to him and the whole team, this stay was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back.

Dimitri made our late-night check-in especially pleasant. He patiently fielded our many questions and helped us plan the next day. We could walk to everything we visited, and there’s a metro station right outside too. Our room was large, though it could use some renovation, and breakfast was decent. We chose the Radisson Vienna for its outstanding location and had a fab weekend. I’d highly recommend catching a show at the gorgeous opera. We’ll be back soon!

The rooms were really comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. It’s a beautiful, charming hotel with a peaceful feel, almost as if time had stood still. The service was excellent.
