Getting to the subway was easy, just a 5 minute walk, and many restaurants and shops were a short walk away. Inside, the Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments on Antonigasse were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our group of four had plenty of room to unwind after long sightseeing days, and the beds were spacious and comfy too. The modern appliances were easy to use, and having the toilet and shower in separate rooms was helpful. We had a great stay and will recommend these accommodations to everyone we know.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but that was the only downside. The apartment was excellent, clean, and well prepared by the staff, and we had an amazing stay. We’ll definitely choose Rafael Kaiser again for a future stay in Wien. Thank you very much.

The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the contactless check-in went smoothly. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It was close to public transport and shops, yet quiet and peaceful, giving us a great mix of comfort, convenience, and style.

The location was good and the apartment was nice, but it needs a refresh to live up to the “premium” label. The blinds were torn in every bedroom, and the roof window wouldn’t close completely, so outside noise came through. We also had no hot water for a full day. You could see the wear all over the apartment, including the painted walls, toilet, kitchen, and couch.

10/10
The apartment was much more spacious than we expected, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d worried at first that it was too far from the city center, but the convenient access to urban trains and Strassenbahn made exploring easy. We were really happy with our choice and will definitely return on our next visit to Vienna.
