The biggest problem for us was the power setup by the bed. There were no outlets on either side, so we ran two long extension cords from a socket on the front wall and tucked them behind the headboard. The helpful staff did work with us to figure that out, but the socket was connected to the entry light switch. If we wanted power at night, we had to leave that very bright light on, which wasn’t great for sleep. I don’t know if our room was unusual or if they’re all like that. If they fixed the outlets, I’d say yes to staying again. We spent three nights here in September 2024. The rooms are big and modern, the staff very friendly and accommodating, and the location is good, nearer the Museum Quarter. There are lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast was fine, neither bad nor great.
