The reception was empty whenever we needed it, and we couldn’t get hold of anyone. Parking was another issue: the owner charged €60 instead of the advertised €25 per night, saying it was because of New Year’s Eve. That should have been clearly stated in the listing. The apartment was in unacceptable shape. The shower was blocked and moldy, the toilet was dirty, and there was dish soap in the bathroom instead of hand soap. The kitchen had crumbs on the seats, chairs and even in the microwave. One pan was moldy, and the cutlery was dirty. We found hair on the beds and stains on the sheets, too. The description promised a bathroom with a sauna and a spa area, but neither was available. I’m giving one star because zero wasn’t an option. A terrible stay, and I strongly advise against booking this place.

There was nobody at reception for check-in, and the owner wouldn’t answer the phone. We waited over an hour before we finally reached him, and he gave us the room number and entry code. We told him the room hadn’t been cleaned and the sheets hadn’t been changed. When we came back that evening, the sheets had been replaced, but the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t recommend it at all.

Getting checked in was a problem, and it was hard to reach the landlord. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned, there were no fresh towels or linens, dust had collected across the floor, and there were crumbs on the table. The coffee machine takes specific capsules, and none were provided.

There’s no one at reception, and nobody picks up the phone. Check-in at 11 a.m. isn’t being honored. If you try to cancel, all you get are text messages.
