The people working at Ruby Marie made us feel so welcome. Everyone we met was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. As visitors from the UK, we appreciated how fluent they were in English and how patient they were when we tried speaking German. Special thanks to Timo, Noah, Bianca, Serj, and Hubert for making our stay so memorable. The breakfast had plenty of great choices, and the rooftop bar was a lovely place to spend the evening, with a great atmosphere and excellent drinks. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and perfectly placed for exploring Vienna. Our room was bright and airy, with thoughtful design and plenty of storage. The shower felt luxurious, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the whole place felt modern and welcoming. Ruby Marie made our trip unforgettable. If we come back to Vienna, it'll be our first choice. We can't wait to return.

The bar is a lovely spot to relax, and if you stay here, have a drink there. Hubert, Alina, and Julian will make the evening fun and enjoyable. The hotel itself is very nice, with clean, comfortable rooms near Vienna West Train Station and a subway station.

The breakfast was amazing, including the vegan options. We also really liked the bar, where Sanna and Hubert took such lovely care of us. The rooms were cozy and completely clean, and I liked the yoga and work spaces and all the delicate decor. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Vienna.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a welcoming, comfortable feel and a lovely boutique style. It was very clean, and the restaurant and bar had a fantastic atmosphere. I especially liked spending time there.

The bar cocktails were great, and Hubert and Sanna were so attentive. We don't speak English well, but they still made an effort to chat with us, even if only a little. We ended up spending our last evening at the hotel bar instead of going out because we enjoyed their company. The hotel was spotless, and our rooms were cleaned even though we hadn't asked. Thank you all. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next holiday.
