I visited the lobby and bar for an organized event on a Saturday night, but didn't stay at the hotel. The bartender I spoke with was friendly and professional. The space felt homey with a retro touch, soft background music, and comfortable lighting. I especially liked the alcoves with tables and benches along one side. They made for a cozy, intimate spot with some privacy. I had a really good herbal tea in a large glass, with plenty of honey on the side. One drawback is that they only accept card payments, even for small amounts.

I met two of the hosts, and both were enthusiastic about helping guests connect comfortably. Their genuine hospitality made me want to return to the bar every night, where I felt at home after each day's trip. Maki, in particular, was the best thing that happened to me in Vienna. Maki and the other German host are the reason I'd stay at Ruby Sofie Hotel again on a future visit, if I make it back.

I was in Vienna on business and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was nice, the rooms clean, and the service friendly. Lena looked after me especially well at breakfast. She was attentive and recommended lots of good restaurants nearby. I'd gladly stay again.

Maki and Henrik made the drinks, laughs, and conversations a real highlight, and the hosts were great with their service. The hotel itself is colorful and comfortable, with a wide choice at an excellent breakfast. We’ll definitely return.

The room was really nice, especially the fabulous shower, and the staff were friendly. Reception and the bar make a pleasant space, though the shared areas could use a refresh. I’d happily recommend it if District 3 works for your plans.
