Getting around was easy, with train and metro stations close by and the city center within walking distance. We also really enjoyed our street-facing room, which was spacious enough and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had plenty of delicious choices, including an omelette made fresh to order. Best of all, the staff were so warm and helpful, always greeting us with a genuine smile. They may be the kindest people in all of Vienna. We were extremely happy with our stay and sincerely recommend the hotel. Thanks to everyone for everything!

The room was probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. They even vacuumed underneath the bed, which says a lot about how thoroughly they clean. The hotel was spotless, the service was great, and the staff were very helpful. We also had a very good breakfast at a reasonable price.

We could walk to most places from this really central spot, and stayed for four nights. The friendly staff were lovely and helpful, and breakfast was amazing. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with a strong, efficient ensuite shower. A gem and great value, highly recommend.

The showers deserve a big shout-out, and so does the generous, high-quality breakfast. The hotel team were welcoming and gave great service. It’s a lovely place, not too far from the city centre.

Getting into the hotel gave me doubts at first. The entrance isn’t very impressive, and without spotting the sign outside you could easily miss it. Inside the building I wondered if I’d booked the place from the photos or a haunted house. The reception is on the first floor, and by then I was questioning my choice and worrying I’d wasted my money. Once I settled into the room, though, I felt much better. It was quite spacious, with plenty of lights, tea and coffee, a minibar, and enough closet space. The bathroom was very clean, although narrow. I slept well and was satisfied overall, but next time I’d probably try somewhere else for a different, maybe better, experience.
