It felt so welcoming that I really felt at home. The staff greeted me warmly when I arrived and showed me to my room. Everyone was extremely friendly, and everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. All respect to the staff for the great job they do. This is real hospitality, and plenty of big hotel chains could learn from it. It’s one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at.

Why is a shabby hotel room on your site alongside strange footage of a guest filming bizarre things off the TV? If you care so little about reviews that you leave entire 30-second clips up, apparently from an unlicensed source, and don’t keep control of your business, what does that have to do with a hotel?

The breakfast is fantastic, and the rooms and hotel are furnished very comfortably. The owner is a lovely, kind, accommodating woman, full of Viennese wit and charm. My friends would gladly come back.

This place could be really cozy, but smoke a cigarette by the window and the company gets notified right away and charges €50 for cleaning. What a shame. I’ll never come back. I could simply have mentioned it at breakfast or when checking out.
