We had tasty breakfast each morning, and paying extra for it was convenient. The service was great, and the hotel was very close to the subway, so we didn't use our car during our stay in Vienna. We also had free, secure parking. It was a perfect base for exploring the city this summer. My only reason for not giving five stars is that reception isn't open 24 hours. We'll be back for sure, thank you!

Good value for money. The room was clean, toiletries were provided, the receptionist was very polite, and breakfast was good. Just keep in mind the reception isn't open all night. I forgot to ask for another pillow, and the receptionist wasn't available after 10 PM, but that was entirely my own mistake.

We had to find somewhere at the last minute after a problem with our AirBnb reservation, and the staff were friendly right from the start. The rooms were nice and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's conveniently located in the centre of Vienna, so everything is just a few minutes' walk away. Thanks for the great experience. I'd come back if I visit Vienna again.

Good and clean. It was a 25-minute walk into town, and a private room for one person in July cost 38€. The internet was very good. There was no shampoo or shower gel, and reception wasn't open 24 hours.

The rooms were clean and the location was great, with friendly, helpful staff. Our Airbnb host had been rude and we'd had a hard time with them, so we switched to this hotel. The receptionist even gave us some beers. Thanks, man!
