The hostel entrance opens straight onto the street, and you can hear people knocking or trying to get in. One evening someone turned out to be another guest who didn’t know how the door worked, but the loud knocking made it feel like someone was trying to break in. Since the street is quiet, the whole thing felt especially scary. As a woman, I wouldn’t feel comfortable here, particularly walking around in the dark. Please keep your safety in mind, ladies. The location is in a good neighbourhood, but the street itself is very quiet. There are also some Bulgarian men staying here who are quite loud and give off a weird vibe. You enter right from the street into the area with the pods, so it’s loud and you hear everything, even a person downstairs on a call. The doors are noisy too. Although the place looks modern, it could use some renovation: plugs are coming apart, and although several are shown, only one works properly. The lockers are like high school lockers, with poor locks. It might be okay if all you need is a bed for one night, but woman to woman, this isn’t the place for me.

After travelling all the way from Poland, from Rzeszów, we reached your hotel 10-15 minutes after the 23:30 check-in time. You still refused to let us in, kept our payment, and left us with nowhere to sleep that night. A delay of just a few minutes shouldn’t mean losing both the room and the money. We had to spend the night outside because you showed no flexibility or understanding. Keeping our money in these circumstances is unfair and unprofessional, and we expect a proper resolution.

The capsule had good privacy and a safe deposit box inside, plus a TV and remote. It was clean and tidy, and I could leave my bag in a locker until evening after checking out. The location was convenient, five minutes from the metro and train. The capsule experience was fun, especially the lights, and if you’re into aliens, you’ll like it. You can also lock the capsule from inside. A few things made the stay difficult. The room was too cold because the AC was set too low, and the duvet wasn’t warm enough. My capsule door was broken, so staff moved me, but I lost an hour trying to sort it out. Only one of the two sockets worked, and none of the USB ports did. The hostel entrance instructions never said to turn the handle and hold it while opening the door. I spent around 30 minutes figuring it out, and arriving guests at night kept struggling with it and waking everyone with the noise. Please update the instructions, at least in the Booking chat message. When I politely asked staff about it, I got a passive-aggressive reply that it was “a normal door, like any other door in the world.” Were they calling me stupid? I don’t know. There isn’t even a small hall with something like a table or kitchen.

The capsule was clean and everything in it worked, and the toilets and showers were clean as well. The mattress looked very thin, though it turned out not to be as uncomfortable as I expected. I was on the lower level, which was fine, but the person in the capsule above me was very loud, and their movements made it feel like the bed was collapsing. The location was alright, though it takes a while to walk from the nearest tram stop. As a woman travelling alone, I didn’t feel very comfortable on the walk to the hotel, even though the neighbourhood is quiet. I’d recommend it for a day or two, but not for a longer stay.
