Spacious 5BR Apt Close to Augarten

The receptionist was helpful and always available, even resolving issues remotely. The hotel is about 2 km from the city center and around 1 km from a parking lot. That's where the positives end. This felt more like a hostel or dorm than a hotel. There’s no toilet in the room; it's shared in the hallway, and the place has little in common with apartments despite being marketed as one. The kitchen is shared too. The shower and toilet are in the same room, which is a downside, and there’s no separate shower enclosure. There was a long queue in the morning. For €76 a night, the lack of Wi-Fi is a big minus. The room was very noisy, and street noise came through clearly because the window handles were broken. The dirty walls had holes near the window where the curtain rod had been, and those could be fixed. There’s no parking at the hostel, so we had to leave the car in a paid lot. We may also have been unlucky with our neighbors. They were noisy and rude, kept us awake all night, and added to the unpleasant aftertaste of this "hotel." I recommend reading reviews before visiting. They’re completely accurate.
