What made the stay for me was the breakfast and all the little extras. The breakfast was amazing, with so much choice that it covered breakfast, lunch and dinner for me. There's a free water fountain in the middle of the reception floor, and a bottle in the room that you can keep refilling. You also get free coffee and tea, plus a coffee machine in the room. The rooms are big, tidy and amazing, and I loved the shower. The staff were friendly, professional and ready to help with anything. The hotel is perfectly placed beside a train and bus station, so you can get around the city easily. During breakfast, sit by one of the big windows overlooking the street and the station opposite for a great view of the city and passing trains. Best hotel I've stayed in. Do yourself a favour and stay here, you'll get back more than you pay.

The new room was shiny and clean, and the location made getting around really easy. The U1 station and a huge shopping center are just across the street. There's also a supermarket beneath the hotel and a few places nearby for a late snack. Great hotel, fully recommended.

The room felt new, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. Reception was great, especially Manuel, who was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was okay but not amazing, and I would've liked more fruit. I also thought the hot chocolate from the machine at night was expensive for such a small cup. The hotel is a bit out from the city center, but the Kagran U1 station is literally across the street, so getting downtown is easy. A very good experience overall.

Our room was comfortable and quiet, and we liked both the room and the breakfast, including the selection and quality. The hotel is handy for public transport, and Mathias was especially kind and helpful. We had such a nice stay that we'd like to come back.
