We paid nearly €100 for one night in a double room, which was a complete rip-off given the conditions. There wasn't a toilet in the room, or even one anywhere on the floor. It was freezing inside, with no heater or radiator, and the sheets and towels were dirty. There weren't even basic things like hangers or slippers. I strongly recommend staying away.

The place felt like a nightmare, and we left as soon as we could the next morning. We only stayed because we had no other option that night. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, and cleaning seemed to happen while guests were already there. It was in terrible condition, with mold, dirt, and holes in the walls. The water was freezing, with no hot water at all, so even washing our faces or brushing our teeth was unpleasant. Some outlets didn't work, and the bathroom and bedroom were separated only by a screen. At night, people who looked suspicious came onto the property. The door was broken and the windows smashed, so it seemed easy to get in. I wouldn't recommend women staying there alone. We were charged extra for our small dog, supposedly for extra cleaning, which was hard to take given how poorly the rooms were cleaned anyway. We hope never to return.

The room was filthy, and there was a strong marihuana smell as soon as we walked in. One bed had a urine stain on the sheets. When we asked for a change, the receptionist brushed it off as just a stain and said they were clean. We asked again, and then he claimed the washing machine was broken before searching through a pile of sheets on the floor for cleaner ones. They clearly don't care.

We couldn't hear the outside noise with the window shut, and the location worked well: public transport got us to the city centre in about 20 minutes. My husband and I stayed in room 1 for one night. It was worn down but generally clean. The mattress felt a bit too soft for me, though we had clean sheets and towels, plus good pillows and blankets.
