Right in the middle of Vienna, this hotel feels like a lovely nature retreat. The surroundings are beautiful, the service is great, and the rooms are cozy and clean. The food was tasty too.

Robert at reception was friendly and made check-in easy. The hotel is quiet and has a great atmosphere. It's a good base for visiting Schorbrunn palace, though it feels a bit far from central Vienna.

Breakfast had plenty of variety, and parking is free as long as not all the spaces are already taken. The area around the hotel is quiet and beautiful, and we had a great stay. We did miss having a mini fridge in the room. I'd readily recommend this place.

We stayed in the modern part of the hotel, where the room was nice and clean enough. Breakfast, though, was among the worst we've had. The scrambled eggs were so dry they were inedible. When we asked for another serving, they said the law let them make them that way and refused to change anything.

10/10
The hotel is conveniently located beside the park and zoo, with the subway only a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast was good, and I liked the hotel. Housekeeping disappointed me, though: they made the bed, but the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned and the floor hadn't been vacuumed. For just a few days, it wasn't a major issue.
