Stanys Das Apartmenthotel

We enjoyed the four-night stay, though the start was unnecessarily stressful. On the train with no WiFi, we had to go back and forth with Expedia after a male receptionist insisted by email that we hadn't paid. Since we needed to check in remotely at night, it caused a lot of anxiety. The female receptionist cleared things up the next morning and confirmed the payments had gone through. The fire alarm went off one night but was quickly dealt with. Even over Christmas there were plenty of food choices on the street, including an excellent schnitzel place, Mr Schnitzel, just down the road.

The view from both balconies was wonderful, and the apartment was clean and tidy, even better than the photos. Staff were very friendly, with an excellent welcome, breakfast and cleaning service. The location made getting around easy, with metro, tram and bus stops close by. Shops, cafés, restaurants, shopping centres and a shopping street are all nearby. On a nice day, you can even walk to Schönbrunn.

The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It's a great apartment hotel, well placed for getting to either the city centre or Schon Brunn. I'd certainly stay again.

The staff were warm and helpful, and the hotel was very clean with housekeeping every day. The kitchen had everything I needed. Despite the very hot weather, the fan was enough, and although there was road construction outside, the sound insulation kept the noise out. Mariahilfer Straße is walkable, with restaurants, markets and everything else close by. The only downside was that the internet was a bit slow.
