The staff made us feel welcome from check-in onward. Everyone was warm, professional, and helpful, including with concierge recommendations. Breakfast had plenty of high-quality choices, and the hotel felt upscale while still welcoming. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a great bed and thoughtful amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout. The hotel itself is elegant and modern. It’s also in a perfect central spot for walking to Vienna’s historic sights, museums, shops, and Christmas markets. Everything was convenient and close, but the area didn’t feel noisy or chaotic. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

We’ve stayed at this lovely hotel twice now, and the staff are the best. Josie greets you with a smile at breakfast and makes sure you’re settled with coffee or tea. The breakfast itself is phenomenal, with fresh eggs and omelets, bread, pastries, coffee, juices, and cheeses. It’s the best around. The rooms are bright, modern, and clean, and all the Vienna sights are an easy walk away. We left this morning already talking about coming back and seeing everyone again.

Eray at the front desk was especially polite and professional, and really knows how to treat guests. Many thanks to him and the hotel management for a stay I’d gladly repeat. The welcome and service were outstanding from the moment we arrived. The location makes getting around easy, with everything close by, and breakfast was excellent for both quality and variety.

The rooms were a good size, and the staff were so friendly. We also liked relaxing in the lovely lobby while waiting for our taxi or for friends and family. The location is prime, and we’ll definitely stay again. Don’t miss breakfast. The buffet seemed to have everything, and other businesses told us it was the best breakfast. The gym was small and clean, but really hot, like the heater was blasting.

The lobby bar had our favorite atmosphere in the hotel, and the front desk and bar staff were top notch. We also appreciated the free minibar and the location. Our room was lovely, though a heated towel rack would have helped since we needed to dry a couple of things. We stayed for two nights. Breakfast service on Thursday, 4Dec, was the reason I’m taking off a star. Nobody came to our table after seating us, so after 20 minutes we made our own coffee, even though the machine said to let staff do it. They cleared plates quickly, but everyone seemed miserable and unhappy to be there. The omelette maker disappeared for a while, then did eventually make the eggs we ordered. The hostess at the front was very sweet and seemed to be the only one keeping things running that morning.
