Helpful service, a shared kitchen, and Wi-Fi on the ground floor. It's a good hostel, close to central Vienna, in a very quiet neighborhood. I parked on the street, and the car stayed safely there for a few days. Parking is free on weekends.

I stayed three days. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, kind of like a hotel. The city centre is a bit far, but taking the bus is no problem. If I come back to Wien, I'd stay here again.

The facilities were decent for the price, but staff were slow and unfriendly. Check-in took nearly an hour, and there was no luggage room, so my bags ended up strewn around the reception area. Laundry was coin-operated. When I complained about the coins I'd spent, they made excuses and told me to buy more.
