The hotel is in a really nice spot, with the Opera nearby on one side and Naschmarkt on the other. The Central Railway Station is just one metro stop away, and there are supermarkets and beauty shops close by. Inside, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of variety. I'd definitely come back.

The staff were warm, kind, and welcoming, and the location worked well, with public transport nearby and a grocery store and pharmacy close at hand. The city center is about a 20-minute walk. But the hotel is rated four stars and did not meet the standards I associate with that rating. Our room was dirty, with cobwebs from the ceiling and a stained floor mat. It was very warm, the AC was broken, and neither the safe nor the hair dryer worked. Breakfast was limited and poor quality: overcooked eggs, fruit running out if you missed 7:30, and stale, tasteless pastries. For 25€, I'd skip the included breakfast and get a decent one downtown instead. The owner should put some money into renovations and the breakfast menu.

We had what we needed for a short stay, including comfortable beds, and the service was very good. The location is central and excellent. Our street-facing room got a little noisy from the tram line.

I've stayed here on each of my Vienna visits in recent years. It's a quiet, pleasant hotel in a convenient spot between the central train station and the city center, with good public transport. The service is pleasant, and breakfast is good.
