Superbude Wien Prater

The lobby was a fun place to hang out or meet other guests, and my room was spacious, clean, and stylishly modern. What stood out most was the team. Everyone was welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived, responded quickly, and really tried to make the stay good. The price felt high to me, though I booked at the last minute after canceling another reservation, so I can understand it. The team still made me feel welcome and took care of everything. Superbude is a cool, modern place, and I recommend it.

The bathroom had no separation from the room, which made showering with my sister pretty awkward. I also thought the room setup for couples wasn't made clear enough when I booked. Apart from that, this hotel is fantastic: right by Prater Park, with friendly staff, spotless design, warm clean rooms, a great atmosphere, and an amazing breakfast.

Getting into the centre takes about 15 minutes thanks to the good transport connections. The rooms are colourful, and the reception is a great place to unwind. I would have preferred a separate shower in the room for more privacy.

The breakfast was okay, but there weren't many good vegan choices. Walking to the town centre wasn't realistic either, since the hotel is quite far away. In our second, “cube” room, there was no sofa or place to sit and relax, unlike the first room. We also found some towels missing, and there was no coffee or tea machine, water, or glasses. The rooms lacked what I consider basic hotel comforts, and I wasn't happy with the rooms or housekeeping. We arrived as a family with a dog and found short black hairs on the bed and pillows, plus long white and yellow hairs on the small sofa cushions. Staff changed our room right away when we asked, which was friendly and helpful, but finding hair in the first place disgusted me for the rest of the stay. I also missed having a hotel phone to call reception or other rooms.
