Pension Suzanne

The location is very good, but the room was freezing during our winter stay. We had to sleep in thermal clothes, and the electric solar panel wasn’t enough to warm the room. Four of us caught colds during our 3 nights there. Thanks for the information, but I completely disagree with your comment. Our arms were so cold sticking out from under the duvet that we had to pull our heads under it to get warm. Maybe we were just unlucky. We stayed at other hotels afterward when it was -13 degrees outside, and I didn’t leave them similar reviews. The problem was how cold the room was.

The rooms were spotless, the location was just right, and the staff were kind. I loved my stay and how special everything felt. I’ll definitely be back soon! ✨

The locked gate is easy to get through: ring the bell or use your key, then walk up the stairs to the hotel. The receptionist is a lovely gentleman, and the single room was perfect for me. It’s a little old-fashioned, but that’s part of its charm. You’re 2 min from the opera, with cafes and restaurants on the street keeping the area lively at night. As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable and good here. I’d recommend it to anybody.

Pension Suzanne felt cozy and home-like, and it was great value for money. My room was spotless, well cared for, and beautifully decorated. The staff were really friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Vienna.
