The Leo Grand

The dining room is stunning, and breakfast was lovely. I’d love to come back in warmer weather and sit there with the roof open. Staff were lively and genuinely helpful, a credit to the hotel. We were offered wine at check-in, and a welcome bottle with a sweet handwritten note was waiting in our room. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing from the moment you step inside. A must stay in every way, and we’ll most definitely return! ❤️

Breakfast was outstanding, and as someone with celiac disease, I really appreciated the excellent gluten-free bread. Good gluten-free choices mean a lot, and this one was rare and deeply welcome. The staff were warm, kind, and easy to approach, while still professional. From arrival, the hotel felt calm and beautiful, with an incredible location. The design shows remarkable attention to detail, every corner thoughtfully arranged. Its luxury and comfort are exceptional, and even the lovely scent adds to the experience. More than anything, it gives you a sense of comfort and of living well. A truly special place.

The small extras were a lovely surprise: complimentary wine and tasty cakes, and little bottles of water for the road at checkout, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, the towels and bedding felt very soft, and the bed was comfortable. Everyone was polite and helpful, and we felt well looked after. It’s a beautiful historic building with a charming interior, right in the heart of Vienna. We’ll surely come back.

My daughter and I had such a magical time, we felt like princesses. The reception team, especially the concierge, were exceptional and really helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, and the complimentary snacks were lovely too. We walked everywhere because the location is unbeatable. The design is unusual but beautiful, and every detail was interesting and gorgeous. We hated having to leave, and will definitely return!
