The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna

The club lounge was wonderful, and one of the few places I could find 7-Up zero or Pepsi zero. Those small details mattered during our long stay. The staff were attentive, Oscar from concierge arranged great food and entertainment, and they even pre-booked shopping appointments at high-end boutiques. After we bought enough to need more luggage, they offered me bags from lost and found. We also got upgraded to a really great room. Victor and Luca were great too. One of the best hotel stays I've had, and I'll definitely return.

On our third visit to the Ritz-Carlton Vienna in two years, we again felt that the care extended well beyond the hotel's elegance. The team seemed to remember us and anticipate what would make us feel at home. On our first two stays, we'd arranged for white Casablanca lilies, a tradition we keep at every hotel. This time we'd forgotten to ask, but a bouquet was waiting in our room anyway because the staff knew we would want it. That feeling of being remembered continued during the stay. The female bartender at the D-Bar and the breakfast service supervisor both came over to talk without being prompted, and it was clear from how they spoke and acted that they recalled us personally, not just as returning guests. To me, that's what makes this hotel so special: thoughtful, personal hospitality and real human connection. We're grateful to return and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Parking costs €65, but it was convenient, secure, and hassle-free. Breakfast was delicious and well worth adding if it isn't included in your reservation. The Ritz team made us feel welcome from the start, with the concierge helping with our bags as we arrived. Reception were phenomenal, professional, friendly, and attentive. The hotel was clean, modern, and elegant, with a luxurious but comfortable, homely feel. The whole stay exceeded our expectations, and we'd gladly return. I wish everywhere kept up this level of service.

It was our first stay at the Ritz, and we had a great experience. The room was clean and luxurious, with a lovely view. Since we were near the end of our European trip and tired, we ordered room service, which was exceptional too. The valet, whose name I didn't catch, was friendly and proactive with the car doors, our luggage, and directions to the lobby. He also offered complimentary welcome champagne as part of a holiday special. Jasper at reception was memorable for his enthusiasm about our time in Vienna and for taking the time to explain local sights, things to watch for, and current updates. I'd recommend staying here.
