Theaterhotel & Suites Wien

The room was spacious, warm, and comfortable. When we arrived to find cold, windy weather, the hotel staff offered to prepare a sauna for us, then got it ready the next day so we could warm up. They paid close attention to the room temperature and our other needs. We felt at home. 🙂🥰😎

We could leave our luggage at reception both before check-in and after check-out, which was really useful. Our room was larger than expected, very clean, and well soundproofed despite facing the street and tram line. It had a coffee machine, fridge, and safe. There was no kettle at first, but reception quickly brought us one when we asked. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the city center and close to tram and bus stops. The room was clean and the staff interactions were great. We had a really pleasant stay and will choose this hotel again on a future trip to Vienna.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was good. Our room was impeccably clean. Many Christmas Markets are an easy walk away, and public transit is right at the door.

We spent 6 days here and enjoyed every minute. The room was big and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast was rich and varied, with fresh, tasty food. The location was good too. We'd certainly warmly recommend the Theaterhotel.
