We were very happy with every part of our two-day stay, and choosing this hotel is an easy decision. The restaurant food we tried was delicious and carefully prepared, and our room was warm, neat, and clean. On checkout day they even gave us somewhere to leave our belongings. The reception team were especially kind. Mr. Yavuz quickly sorted out our problems, and Ms. Valery helped so much that she lent me her gloves after I lost mine. Ms. Theia in the cafe was also extremely polite and helpful. We're glad we picked this hotel.

For two nights, the location was good and the hotel felt worth what I paid. The one thing I didn’t like was having no microwave to heat food when it was -4 outside. We had a baby with us, so I asked reception, but the bar attendant refused. We ended up eating our food cold.

The staff’s response didn’t do much to address what we found, just offering us a “beer on the house.” After spending the whole day in the city center, coming back to this was very disappointing. We only stayed one night, thankfully, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I expected more willingness to deal with the problem, though perhaps they’re used to negative cleanliness reviews. The Booking.com photos gave a misleading impression. The room looked fine at first, apart from a hair on the bed, but the bathroom smelled unpleasant and the shower area, toilet, and toothbrush cup were dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable using it. I’m adding photos so you can see what I mean.

For a couple of nights, the room was clean and perfectly adequate. When we asked for separate beds, they even upgraded our room for free. The staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout my one-night stay in this cute Vienna hotel. It was short, but I genuinely enjoyed it. Convenient, lovely, and just right.
