Our final day was a disaster. Beforehand, we had asked the owner whether we could leave our luggage in the common "hall" after checkout. He said yes and told us to press the reception button so he could let us in. But he never opened the door. We pressed the button for hours and tried calling, texting, and emailing, with no response at all. We had to leave without our stuff. We booked through Booking and called them too, but they couldn't reach him either. Booking should also be responsible for making sure its partners are reliable. A very bad experience.

We stayed in this lovely apartment during our Vienna visit on Dec 13-15 2019. It was comfortable and clean, with shops and restaurants nearby. We also really enjoyed the Christmas Market at the Palace.

Bernd was a really kind and helpful host. The apartment was pleasant, nicely furnished with new modern pieces, and had everything we needed. It was also close to everything a tourist might need. 5 stars!

There are some good ethnic restaurants in the neighborhood, and the apartment is close to a subway station.
