The flat is spacious and the location is great, with a supermarket right downstairs. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the price felt reasonable for such a good location. But the bathrooms smelled really bad. The beds were old, worn out, and very uncomfortable, and in summer the rooms get hot since there’s only a fan for cooling.

We had a great stay in this apartment, close to Vienna's museum district. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. The views from the top terrace are lovely, especially at night.

We booked Vienna Hotspot in January 2020 for a May stay, and the Property Manager charged the full amount to my card straight away. The booking was non-refundable, but we had to cancel because of the coronavirus pandemic after WHO declared it a pandemic. We’re seniors living on pensions who love traveling, and we’d never cancelled a reservation before, so we asked for a refund. We sent several emails to both the property manager and booking.com asking them to reconsider, but got nowhere. The property manager insisted on keeping the full payment. I’ll never book this property or recommend it. It felt like they took advantage of the situation.
