I wouldn't recommend this place. I didn't feel safe, and the privacy and cleanliness were questionable. My room was beside the entrance, and a gap under the door let all the noise in. The fridge was loud, the streetlight kept the room bright all night because there were no blackout curtains, and other guests were smoking and talking after 10 p.m. Very disappointing.

The room was on the small side, but clean and pleasant, and the bathroom and mini kitchen were clean too. There was a TV, fairly strong WiFi, and complimentary coffee and tea, plus a thoughtful little gesture from the owner waiting in the room. The owner and the woman handling bookings were both lovely. I stayed one night, and the location worked really well, near the train station with other connections within walking distance.

Even with our last-minute booking, they took great care of us. Everyone was very kind, and the place was clean and lovely. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The bathroom was cramped, and after a shower it ended up completely wet. The room also needed proper curtains. On the plus side, it was fairly priced and near Westbahnhof station, so getting around was easy. The bed was comfortable and there was a good supply of crockery. Staff were rarely around, which made check-in tricky. We only got the check-in details on the day, after our flight had taken off, so you'll need internet access when you arrive.
