A nice place, though the service could be friendlier and more flexible. We arrived early and were told 3pm was the earliest check-in, even though the room might have been ready beforehand. There were lots of people sitting around waiting for that arbitrary time.

Good, clean place, and very handy for Florisdof tram station. The staff are friendly in a German style, so you have to get used to it, haha, ya ya gutentag! The bathroom is clean and updated. They also have laundry facilities, with washer and dryer access for 6 Euro and detergent included from the front desk.

We booked a weekend stay with my mother and sister after seeing good reviews on several platforms, but were badly disappointed. We’d reserved a room for three, yet were initially given a two-person room because of some apparent mistake. They then added a camp bed. It was small, uncomfortable, and squeaked with every movement, and nobody wanted to sleep on it. My mother was in her mid-60s, and I was 6 month pregnant. We asked the staff and manager if there was another solution. They offered a single room at full price, with no concession or serious alternative, even though I’d clearly booked for three. They were unfriendly and arrogant. The next day, the booking agency told us the hotel no longer wanted to work with them because my mother had mentioned bad reviews the night before. We were KICKED OUT because we complained! Luckily, we found a very nice hotel on short notice. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t want to accept whatever they’re handed.

There’s enough room to park on the street, so hotel parking isn’t needed. The hotel itself is nice and everything else was fine, but I don’t like that they heat the room with an air conditioner. Their heating systems give me sinusitis.
