There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, and the neighborhood felt safe. The city center is close too, around a 20-minute walk or 10 minutes by metro or tram. Our room was neat and tidy, and the staff were really nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

The neighborhood was quiet, and there was a small supermarket nearby, but I wouldn't recommend this place. Its location is very good, yet that was the only positive for us. We spent four miserable days here, and 500 euros for four days feels outrageous given what we found. The bed was awful: a sagging mattress, painful springs, mediocre pillows and stained sheets. Half the amenities in the listing were missing. It was 31 degrees Celsius (88 degrees Fahrenheit) and there was no fan. Opening the windows was hardly an option because they faced straight onto the sidewalk. There was mold in the bathroom and in the washing machine. The machine was tucked away in a utility room with no sign showing where it was. The bathroom had no clear instructions for leaving the premises either. We tried several times to reach the owner and got no response. Don't expect anyone responsive to be in contact.

I couldn't go into the apartment without struggling to breathe, and my companion, who doesn't have asthma, felt unwell too. A few hours after we arrived, I began having trouble breathing, which turned into a life-threatening asthma attack. Medication was the only thing that prevented the worst. The next day we found visible black mold across the bathroom, in the shower, on the ceiling and on the sink. There was dust and cobwebs under the radiator, and stray hairs in the bed. We had to cut our stay short for health reasons and book another hotel. The landlord was completely uncooperative when we contacted him, and we're still waiting for our money because the owner is being difficult. The furnishings were barely adequate, and the bed was worn out and terribly uncomfortable. Shower water kept changing from cold to hot, and the TV was unusable because its remote didn't work. I trusted the good reviews on booking.com and bitterly regretted it. Stay away if you value your health.
