The staff were super friendly and tried to help with everything. Our room was cleaned every day, and we were grateful for fresh towels each day. We loved the low price and the location next to the train and subway stations. It took about five minutes to walk to the station, so it was a great base for us travelling by rail and metro. It could get loud at night because of the location, but that's normal in a big city and we were tired enough not to mind. We were there during a very hot week and the AC was broken. Reception gave us a fan, which helped, though it still felt warm. We ran it a lot and managed. The Tresor wouldn't close, and no one could fix it, but we didn't really need it. We were glad to find this hotel at such a low price compared with others, and we'd book it again.

I stayed six nights in June 2025. There's a grocery store right across the street, and the room had a mini fridge. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hotel is conveniently placed near both the train and metro stations. The AC didn't work consistently, and the only solution the hotel offered was earplugs. I ended up sleeping with the windows open, but they faced the road and it was very noisy.

The location was convenient during my stay at the Westbahn Hotel in Vienna, but the experience fell short. Rooms were small and dim, with very basic amenities. It might work for a short stopover, though I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay or a more comfortable visit.

I'm only here for one night, so I can live with the limitations. The rooms are small and somewhat outdated, functional but with little interior decoration. They need renovation and fresh paint. For the price, I expected a much better standard.

The room at Westbahn Hotel was clean and spacious, and the staff were welcoming. Bimla was especially helpful. Being close to the station also made it really easy to get around.
