The staff were kind throughout, especially the lovely, attentive cleaner and the friendly, professional receptionist. They also kindly brought a kettle to my room, which I appreciated. The sheets were clean, though the bed was uncomfortable, and one continental pillow wasn't enough support for me to sleep well. In winter, having no hot water was particularly unpleasant. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, and I was surprised to see my card charged three days before arrival after I'd confirmed I wanted to pay at the hotel. It was an okay stay, but the comfort, amenities, and payment communication need work.

The price is reasonable, but the room smelled odd and felt very dated. I also found bugs, and the Wi-Fi was so poor I couldn't keep working in the room. For a business trip, I wouldn't stay here.

The location made getting around simple, with both the train and bus station nearby. I was in Vienna for work and mostly needed somewhere to sleep, shower, and have breakfast, so it suited me very well.

The beds and sheets were clean and really comfortable, and breakfast was good. Still, this felt like a hostel, not a hotel, with no reception desk and what seemed to be just one person running it. At 8 pm, that person didn't answer when we had trouble with self check-in. Then someone knocked on our door and woke us at 4 am. The evening water was barely warm.
