We could hear every sound from the hallway in the morning, which wasn't ideal for us. The room was very big, though, and it's a nice little hotel close to the city center.

Breakfast was phenomenal, with lots of fresh ingredients and pastries, and the coffee was good too. The hosts are warm, kind and accommodating. Hotel Kramer is in the center of Villach, in a 19th-century building with retro details. Our room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. I'd highly recommend it to everyone. A Bosnian man approves.

The staff were attentive and friendly, happy to help with recommendations and personal service. Hotel Kramer is near the center of Villach, handy for shops, attractions and restaurants, and well suited as a base for either business or leisure. Rooms are spacious and well furnished, with modern amenities and a comfortable, homey feel. Breakfast each morning has a range of fresh, local options. The hospitality feels genuine, and it makes for a restful stay.

We had a great stay, and the hotel was very good value for money. The spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly staff were lovely, and they speak German, Italian and English. It's close to the center and has good parking. Breakfast was nice, especially the bread. A few bathrooms feel a little outdated, and the small water heater could be an issue if several people need a shower. A presto!

We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, and our room was a good size, clean and nice. Breakfast had a very good continental selection. The staff were lovely and friendly, and a few of them speak English. It's only a few minutes' walk to the town center, and the train station is close too. A place with character, and a great place to stay.
