Pension Seerose

The breakfast is varied and fantastic, with regional specialties and something for everyone. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and charmingly decorated in a rustic local style. The guesthouse itself is quiet and idyllic, run by the most welcoming hosts we’ve ever met. Everyone knows the area is beautiful, so I wanted to say a little about the place: the value for money feels like an 11 out of 10. We’re already looking forward to another holiday at Pension Seerose and its warm hospitality.

The hosts are so friendly and kind, and always glad to answer questions. The lake access is excellent, with plenty of room and a gently sloping beach. The accommodation is lovely, clean, and tidy. Some furnishings look a little dated, but they’re still in good condition.

Dear Petschar family! We came for a three-day break at your guesthouse because of a concert at Finkenstein Castle Arena, and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet had a great range. Above all, we appreciated your Carinthian warmth, friendliness, and care in attending to what your guests want. The hostess is truly warm and cheerful, and you feel welcome here. Breakfast is excellent. The room’s a little dated, but clean and well looked after. We’re a couple in our late fifties or early sixties, and would happily return if we get the chance. :o)
