I had a comfortable room, found the staff friendly, and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, so my stay was pleasant overall. Still, a few things need attention. The spa was already closed and being cleaned when I got there at 7:30 PM, even though it was advertised as open until 8:00 PM. That was disappointing. The gym also felt very basic, with too little equipment or choice for a proper workout. I was also surprised to see several guests walking around the hotel, including the lounge and elevators, naked under wide-open bathrobes. With families and children around, that really wasn’t appropriate. Management saw them greeting guests on multiple occasions and didn’t say anything.

The ski school setup was easy, with the hotel handling transport, registration, and rentals. There was something different to do every day, from silent parties and riddles to themed dinners, plus daily stretching after a morning on the slopes. We felt looked after throughout. Andrea kept checking in and made sure things were running smoothly, and chef Niels put out tasty meals with plenty of variety, including food for our gluten allergies. The location and views were amazing. A really lovely family holiday, and we'd come back.

Lisa made the five day surfing course especially fun and was a great guide, while Sebastian at reception was helpful and good company. We also swam, shopped, and went hiking during our seven nights at Robinson Club Landskron. As a couple in our mid-twenties, we had a great time.

I've brought my daughter to Landskron four times at Christmas, and it's still my favorite club. The friendly staff, welcoming family feel, good company, and wonderful food make it a place I happily recommend to my friends.

I love Landskron. Marika in the restaurant and Federica at the bar made the holiday great, even though I ran out of money.
