A lovely place, and the staff were pleasant.

We’ve already stayed here twice, and I’d happily book again. The apartments are beautiful, with lots of care put into the furnishings. The owners are very friendly and also run the dive center at Grübelsee. The food there is a real insider tip.

Vordernberg’s long-ago iron ore wealth from nearby Erzberg helped the village flourish, so I didn’t expect to find such stylish, beautiful apartments here. Each one has its own decor and feels like a gem. The hosts are friendly, and there’s plenty of space, a lovely ambiance, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. A real insider tip.

We booked on the spur of the moment while driving back from Croatia, two adults and two children. The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished, and the hostess was super nice. The price was unbeatable. We’ll definitely stay again.
