Almmonte Präclarum Suites Design Hotel

The food was delicious and high quality, and the modern design is beautiful. Staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome, while the comfortable facilities were well maintained. With such a good location too, I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back anytime.

From arrival, the staff were rude. The receptionist first said we had no reservation and might be at the wrong place, then eventually found our booking. He told us the menu was only fondue. When I asked whether there was a vegetarian option, the response was judgmental and unnecessarily snotty. Nobody tried to help or make us feel welcome. We left and found somewhere else in town, where we had a genuinely enjoyable evening and great service. This restaurant feels more pretentious now.

We spent a really enjoyable week here with our three children. The hotel looks just like the pictures, and both the facilities and service were amazing. Breakfast was excellent too. I’d especially recommend it to families with kids.

I’m originally from NYC and pretty fussy, but as a couple from London we both thought this was excellent. The spa was amazing, the sauna very chic, and the restaurant food and service were great. Staff spoke a decent amount of English, so we felt comfortable throughout. My one tiny suggestion is to wash the sheets and faux fur furnishings with stronger detergent. I did sometimes wonder if they’d been cleaned, though I’m sure they had, since this is definitely a five star hotel. Thanks for a lovely experience!
