Apartmenthaus Kristall

We went every day to the water pool, which has a small aqua park and a separate sauna area with four or five saunas. There were free sauna rituals at set times too. The apartment had a small kitchen with everything we needed, and it was warm and quiet, with mountain views and sun all day. We were a family with two kids, and the place was child-friendly, with several kinds of sledges and binoculars for looking at birds, hills, or whatever caught our eye. Elizabeth was extremely polite and met us pleasantly even though we arrived in the middle of the night. She helped make the kids' beds. The apartment is halfway up the hill, about five minutes downhill from the gondola. We used a locker near the gondola and walked back and forth; the morning walk was easy, and we were fine doing it at the end of the day too. If you have a car, there's parking by the apartment and three large car parks nearby. It's a place we'd come back to.

This was our second stay, and we were glad to find the apartment complete and the beds comfortable again. The host was friendly and helpful as before. It's between Grafenberg and Flying Mozart, and close to the swimming pool.

The apartment was spotless and newly furnished, with direct access to the garden from the ground floor, which worked really well for us. There was a bedroom with three beds, a sofa bed in the living room, a properly equipped kitchenette, and a big dining table. I was also surprised by how many power outlets there were in every room, so charging our electronics wasn't a problem. We stayed for a week with my family at the end of July and start of August, and were very satisfied. The landlady was kind, pleasant, and helpful. Midweek she brought fresh towels and a delicious apricot cake, a really nice gesture. The house is in a quiet spot, with parking right in front, another big plus. We'd love to return.

Every morning you can have pastries from the local baker delivered to your door, and there are a washer and dryer in the house if you need to do laundry. Kids have a toy corner inside and a small play set in the garden. The house is at the end of the road, so there's not much traffic to worry about. Kristall Apartments is renovated and tastefully furnished with new furniture. The beds are large and really comfortable. It's ideally close to the nearest shop, the Grafenberg cable car, and the water world, where entry is free each day. The owner is lovely and gives information about the accommodation and area, plus posts updates about current events and shop and doctor opening hours on the noticeboard. I'd gladly come back with my family, and recommend it for families with children. Thank you, Elizabeth!
