The house is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is great. The host was excellent.

We had a good stay and can recommend the house. The ski room downstairs was really handy for our skiing holiday, and our rooms were clean and well laid out. The first floor is privately owned, with the two holiday apartments on the second floor. One thing could be improved: the solid wood chairs are very heavy and make a lot of noise when someone sits in them. I wonder how loud it must be for whoever’s on the floor below. 🫣

We’ve already booked a place here for next winter, after coming for our second stay. Everything was perfect for us. The ski bus stops right outside the house, and the ski slopes are great and easy to reach. I highly recommend it.

I was at the SEIDLGUT apartment on the ground floor from August 1st to August 12th, 2017. Cleanliness was a plus, but I left feeling ripped off, and the website didn’t match what I experienced. The photos mostly showed the first-floor apartment, with just one picture of the ground-floor living room. The bathroom was dark brown, had no window and felt depressing. The kitchen was very bare, with no water pitcher or wine glasses, and there was no bedside lamp in the main bedroom. I couldn’t switch on the light to get to the bathroom, so I had to buy a flashlight. The apartment also felt cold and damp when it rained. I asked for a better internet connection because reception was very poor. The owner insulted me and slammed the door in my face. I also had to ask every day about the free-entry card for the Wagrain swimming pool, and only got it on the third day. The owners were very friendly at check-in, but when I asked for explanations, they became very aggressive. I love Austria and spend all my holidays there, but this was the worst stay I’ve ever had. Not recommended.
