I only ate there, so I can’t say anything about the rooms. The food was great, and the service was too.

The staff were kind and made the stay pleasant, and the evening meals had good, authentic Austrian dishes. There were occasional confused moments from the restaurant team, but their warmth and the food made dining a positive experience. It’s well placed for skiing, close to excellent lifts, with plenty of room for skis and ski boots. Rooms are spacious and have large wardrobes. Breakfast was lovely, although some tables are a bit far from the buffet, and parking nearby was generally satisfactory.

The food was outstanding, and the service was excellent. I’ve tried other big restaurants in town, but the prices were high and the quality very low. I also loved the hotel’s furnishings, pool, wellness area, ski storage and kids’ spaces. Great location too. Bravo.

They were so kind, caring, attentive and helpful when we had a medical emergency. Everyone was thoughtful and friendly, and I’m very grateful for their help. Such a blessing on my trip. Thank you for being such good people.

I had a great time and would recommend the hotel to anyone if they changed one thing: they charge 2 euro for a liter of tap water, even when you’re having beer and soda with dinner. At this hotel’s price, charging for tap water feels cheap. I hope they reconsider.
