The hosts were welcoming and kind, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable for families. Still, we were disappointed that the jacuzzi and sauna shown in the Booking.com photos weren’t working in August. We also hadn’t been told on Booking.com that credit cards weren’t accepted, and were asked to pay by bank transfer (IBAN). The shower was quite dark and not very convenient to use.

The rooms were decent, and there’s a pool and gas grill. Dogs are allowed too. The only issue was that the owner threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave the pool by 20:00.

We spent a week with our group in apartment 4, and it’s a great place to stay in Wagrain. There’s plenty of space, the kitchen is well equipped, and the wifi is good. A few times a week, there’s a nice spa with a sauna, jacuzzi, and more. The lift and shops are a reasonable distance away. We highly recommend it.

Fresh rolls delivered in the morning were delicious, and the apartment was great value with everything we needed. The owners were really friendly and helpful, and the pool has just been renovated. The surroundings are beautiful. Our only concern was the youth hostel across the street, where noise can depend on the group staying there. During our three weeks, it was noisy just one evening, until about 9:15 pm. Highly recommended.
