The rooms were spotless and had good equipment, and the location was OK. But the host was incredibly rude, and getting along with him was really difficult. His wife was very sweet, though. The service left such a bad impression that I wouldn't stay here again.

We've been coming here every winter for more than five years and plan to keep doing so. It's a perfect spot close to the ski slopes and Wagrain center, and the hosts make you feel at home as soon as you arrive.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the host was friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was excellent, too. You can walk to the lift easily, and the thermal baths are right across the road. The pillows were the one drawback for us, as they weren't comfortable. We'd happily return.

We had a lovely, peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast generous. The lifts are a few hundred metres away, and the ski bus gets you to the slopes quickly. After skiing, the bath across the road was a nice place to unwind. There's also a grocery store just a few minutes' walk away.

The evening pizza was delicious, and I was just as pleased with the room and breakfast. The young host family were always friendly and helpful, and we felt very comfortable. The location by the ski lift is perfect. I can't make sense of some of the negative reviews. I'd gladly stay again.
