The food was tasty and had plenty of variety, especially at breakfast. Everyone was helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel has spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, in a peaceful area. There’s a good wellness area, and the fitness room has modern, well-equipped machines. The town is small and cute, definitely worth seeing!

We had a great experience and will recommend them. The location is beautiful, and the team were amazing to work with. They went out of their way to meet our requests and accommodate our needs. There is some room to improve the service. The waitresses seemed young and inexperienced, and there weren’t enough staff. We saw them clear a cheese plate while it was still full, and take drinks when the glasses weren’t empty.

We wanted to book a massage, which the hotel offers, but were told it wasn’t possible. That was very disappointing. At checkout, no one even asked if we’d enjoyed the stay. The service felt very disappointing for the price, and we won’t return. I wouldn’t recommend this as a spa hotel. The place looks lovely, and the first impression was very nice. Our room was clean and cosy. The spa is small, with a few different sauna rooms and a little pool, but there was a strong mouldy smell in the sauna area. The restaurant food was okay, though the staff gave us the wrong drinks without saying anything, apparently expecting us not to notice. The cheese plate was just cheap supermarket cheese, and a cappuccino cost 4.90€. Breakfast buffet was okay. There isn’t much to do or see around there, even though the town itself is beautiful. Parking also costs an extra 6€ per day, and each time you sit down at the restaurant there’s a 4.80€ charge per person. For what we paid for the hotel, I think those should be included.

Fantastic place, very professional. The American lady was super helpful and proactive when my bike needed service. Great place.
