The owners made us feel at home with their warm, personal hospitality. We were a group of friends staying at Hofmann Apartments for a ski trip in the Zillertal Arena area last week, and the experience went beyond what we expected. The place looks stylish and luxurious, with quality materials and careful detail throughout, while still feeling comfortable. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the practical layout had what we needed. A couple of minor issues: the dishwasher could clean better, and there wasn’t much space in the rooms for belongings, so most of our ski gear and bags ended up on the floor. The stay isn’t cheap, although the whole area is expensive because earnings have to be made in a short winter season. If you’re visiting Königsleiten, I wholeheartedly recommend Hofmann Apartments as a base for exploring the area and enjoying what the Zillertal Arena has to offer.

We had breakfast included, and the service was very good. I came with 12 friends and we stayed in an apartment at the top of the building, with a great room and a breathtaking view. Perfect.

The apartments are great, but Mr Hofmann's management was awful. Having fun was forbidden, and he yelled at us and threatened to call the police. The Wi-Fi allowance is extremely limited each day, which is crazy. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a hotel-like place to relax.

We spent Easter 2026 in Apartment No. 8 and had a truly wonderful week. The snow conditions were fantastic and made for a perfect vacation. The apartment was cozy, very well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Our host was also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even nicer. We’d be happy to return and can absolutely recommend it!
