Panorama-Appartements Königsleiten

The balcony looks out on a magnificent view, and it’s so peaceful and quiet here. A good hotel with everything you need.

The spa, pool, and sauna were a real highlight, and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was also a great feature. We were generally happy with our stay. A couple of things could’ve been handled better. My husband got diarrhea after dinner on the first night, possibly from the pink duck breast. At check-in, we also weren’t given some useful information. A folder in the room or a fuller explanation of the services would’ve helped. We only found out from other guests that cable car tickets were included, and the staff could’ve mentioned that when we arrived. A good hotel, with some room to improve communication and the smaller details.

The rooms are well equipped, the food is excellent, and the spa is lovely, with a beautiful sauna and pool. They provide tea and body and face creams. But between 4 pm and 8 pm, relaxing there was impossible. Lots of children were shouting, crying, talking loudly, jumping into the water, and splashing, so the pool, which is the main attraction, was practically unusable. There’s a quiet relaxation room with a beautiful view, but you can still hear the children through the windows. It’s the same in the sauna. After four nights, my impression is that this is a fantastic family holiday spot, but not one I’d recommend for couples.

The food is well worth it, especially for the price. The evening set menus have something for everyone, and they can easily change things if they don’t suit you. Staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were spotless, most of them renovated. There’s free Wi-Fi throughout. Probably the best value in Königsleiten. Highly recommended!
